To enable MSI and WBS to provide a service that meets our customer needs, we are committed to the personal development of staff so they are assertive, reliable, professional and competent in everything they do. To that end, we are also approved to the Silver level of Investors In People (IIP).

We are committed to a policy of continuous improvement in the quality of service to be provided. To achieve this we have invested in the latest technology that allows us to deal with customer enquiries promptly, whether it is a quotation, enquiry, design, development, manufacture or supply.

This technology is enhanced by the maintaining of a QMS that has been assessed and approved by a UKAS recognised assessment body.

Management practices and employee work activity will, without exception, promote the “on-time” delivery of customers’ goods at a competitive price that meets all legislative and safety requirements.

Everyone at MSI and WBS, including our senior management, is committed to satisfying the applicable requirements of all interested parties and meeting all legislative requirements.
